Im pretty excited about this game now, im not sure what the release date is yet i think sometime later this year around september. What  do you guys think?

Hmm...

It's TF2 + Mirror's Edge.

In the gameplay video, it looked like controlling your gun is pretty hard. It seemed that most of the time he was just emptying clips in the general direction of an enemy. Excluding grenades, his turret more kills than he does.

Also, I think if online play was ever offered (not co-op, but people vs. people) then it would be heaven for griefers who would just leap and slide around the map, and it would be relatively difficult to stop them since it seems to take like 10 bullets to kill someone in that gameplay vid.

Obviously I'm not convinced of Brink's merits, lol. I guess if there was a strong teamwork focus a la L4D and TF2 then it would all start to make more sense, however that doesn't come across in the gameplay vid.
